1. Where we ship

We currently ship PAN‑India via trusted courier partners. (International coming soon.).

2. Dispatch time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. During sales/festivals, please allow extra time.

3. Delivery timelines (indicative)

Kerala/TN/Karnataka: 2–4 business days

Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Remote areas: 6–10 business days

4. Shipping fees

Shown at checkout. Free shipping offers (if any) will auto‑apply as per cart value.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD available on eligible pin codes. We may contact you for order confirmation or require a partial pre‑payment for high‑value orders.

6. Tracking

You’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link when the order ships.

7. Undeliverable / address issues

If a shipment returns due to incorrect address/failed delivery attempts, we’ll re‑ship after address confirmation (additional charges may apply).

8. Damaged parcels

If the outer box is tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos.
