Thank you for shopping with OJA Botanics. We take pride in delivering products that meet the highest quality standards. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return
Products are eligible for return only if they are received damaged or have quality issues.
To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging when returned.
2. Not Eligible for Return
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance/texture, or personal preference.
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible unless the defect is reported within the allowed time and verified by our team.
Free gifts, promotional items, and samples cannot be returned.
3. Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Share your order number and photos/videos showing the damage/quality issue.

After verification, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a refund.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
For COD orders, refunds will be made to your UPI/bank account after verification.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery in case of damage and report it as per the return process above.
