1. Where we ship

  • We currently ship PAN‑India via trusted courier partners. (International coming soon.).

2. Dispatch time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. During sales/festivals, please allow extra time.

3. Delivery timelines (indicative)

  • Kerala/TN/Karnataka: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 6–10 business days

4. Shipping fees

  • Shown at checkout. Free shipping offers (if any) will auto‑apply as per cart value.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD available on eligible pin codes. We may contact you for order confirmation or require a partial pre‑payment for high‑value orders.

6. Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link when the order ships.

7. Undeliverable / address issues

  • If a shipment returns due to incorrect address/failed delivery attempts, we’ll re‑ship after address confirmation (additional charges may apply).

8. Damaged parcels

  • If the outer box is tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos.
